You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, the RA shall refund the residual amount to the Client on a pro-rata basis, depending on the reason for the termination of services. In the event of service termination by either the Client or the RA, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of the proportionate fees for the unused portion of the service period.
You can manage your subscriptions and cancel auto-renewals through the "Subscriptions" section. Cancelling
will stop auto-renewals, but you'll still have access to your plan until it ends.
