Subsequently, SPWM was rebranded to what it known today as Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited. The primary objective of this strategic move was to get access to SPWM’s land bank in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and unlock its potential through redevelopment into a realty project. The company was amongst the first to envision the potential of this location both as a residential hub and a business district.
