Refund Policy

a) Your subscription will be enabled within 48 to 72 hrs on completion of your regulatory requirements, if any, post receipt of your payment.
b) Your subscription starts from the date of the payment and not from the date of your completion of regulatory formalities.
c) In case your subscription is suspended due to any reasons, including but not limited to violation of terms of use, privacy policy and in the event of your suspension revoked, there will not be any extension of period for loss due to suspension.
d) The Subscriber will not be eligible for any refund if the subscriber is in breach of these Terms of Use.
e) The Subscriber will be eligible for a refund only if Invesmate Insights Private Limited decides to close down the services before the completion of the subscription period of the subscriber. The refund will be on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period for which services are not to be provided due to closure of services after adjustment of any discounts given at taxes paid.
f) The Subscriber will not be eligible for a refund if he/she decides to go for cancellation (close down the services) before the completion of the subscription period of the subscriber.
