The company is manufacturing Metalissed and Unmetalissed sealable and non-sealable films. Earlier, the company was engaged in the manufacture and Exports of Cotton, Synthetic and blended Yarns. Pursuant to the Scheme of De-merger and Arrangement between Nahar Spinning Mills, Nahar Exports and Nahar Capital and Financial Services, the company's 'Textile Business' got de-merged and transferred to Nahar Spinning Mills and the company was left with 'Residual Business' in the form of some long term Investments. The company entered into Bi-Axially Oriented Polyporopylene Films (BOPP Films) project. The BOPP Films are mainly used in flexible packaging and sold in the domestic and international markets.
